Tommy Boy Tommy Boy [Blu-ray]

Tommy Boy tellss a story of an underachiever (Chris Farley) sand his long time friend (David Spade) hitting the road selling auto parts to try and save his family business. I would imagine that the majority of the movie watching audience has seen this movie so, I won't take up too much time on the story line but, with the release on Blu-ray gave me an opportunity to watch it in it's entirety at one sitting. Usually you find this movie on when channel surfing and catch it in the middle and stay for the ride but, I have to admit it was a treat to watch it from start to finish. This movie has become a classic over the years and showcases the amazing comedic chemistry between Chris Farley and David Spade. I had forgotten how many catch phrases originally came from this film that you still hear in today's adaptations such as, "That's going to leave a mark." And "Son of a..."
While this movie came out over a decade ago, the laughs in Blu-ray are still as funny today as they were then. The picture quality was sharp and detailed and the audio provided great dialogue along with dynamic sound effects and really put a breath of fresh air into a comedic gem.

Of course there are plenty of extras on this disk to keep you occupied for hours and really look back on what went into making this classic.
