The Cheetah Girls: One World The Cheetah Girls: One World

The story is about The Cheetah Girls taking a trip to India to star in Bollywood movie. This is their final high school summer fling before transitioning to college.  Originally foursome, the third Cheetah Girls movie production, has three of the young ladies still in the cast consisting of Dorinda (Sabrina Bryan), Chanel (Adrienne Bailon) and Aqua (Kiely Williams).  The movie takes us, the viewers, on a journey to the other side of the world. You hear the Cheetah Girls hits, dancing and beautiful costume costumes throughout the whole production.  Many of the background scenes are outdoors and are spectacular. In addition the movie touches on many subjects that girls and young people deal with which include friendships, loyalty, big dreams of the future and personal identity. The three have to compete against each other for the leading role for the movie to almost break up, but all good friends, in the end the Cheetah Girls survive.

The Cheetah Girls One World will entertain the young and you’ll hear and feel the chemistry the three have when singing such pop hits as “Dig A Little Deeper.” If you listen closely you know your children are singing right along with the Cheetahs. However for us older folks, enjoy the movie for your children. That is the most important thing, making sure their young faces are filled with happiness.  I am sure this movie will fit nicely on the Disney Channel’s rotation of movies for kids. For some high school friends may last forever but we all still have to pave our own way for the successes that life has to offer. Ours is to watch our young children enjoy this movie.
