When did you start modeling?

Age 19 and started with Hawaiian Tropic. Ended up winning the International Hawaiian tropic pageant. That success made me realize that I had something so I stuck with it and here I am now.

What do you like most about being a model?

I love being in front of the camera, love taking pictures and love the opportunities it presents. It really lets me escape from the stress of the day.

What have been some of your favorite modeling gigs and why?

When I was in Turks and Caicos for a Hawaiian Tropic calendar shoot and when I shot in the swamps of the Everglades for the cover of Natural Muscle Magazine.

What kind of strange requests have you had as a model?

This guy wanted me to go to his new condo to shoot for him and when I asked if I could bring an escort, he told me “No, the place isn’t big enough for more than two of us”.

Did you take it?

Hell No!

How do you find time to balance a modeling life and normal life?

Try and stay as organized as possible and try to prioritize as well as I can.

You mentioned above that you are a fitness model and you are obviously in great shape, what do you do to keep in such good shape?

Train 6 days a week working with weights and cardio and eat 6 to 8 meals per day. In fact, it’s 9:30pm and I am eating again as we do this interview.

Your involvement in fitness modeling sounds exciting. Have you won anything?

I have won a lot of major bikini contests but my first actual fitness competition is September 12 in Lakeland, Florida. Wish me luck!

Does the attention you receive from on-lookers ever make you uncomfortable – if so, why?

No, actually I love it as long as the on-lookers are not disrespectful! It’s nice to know that all my hard work is noticed and appreciated.

If I plugged into your iPod, raided your CD collection or turned on your stereo, what would I hear?

80’s rock like Bon Jovi, Guns n’ Roses, Kiss and salsa music!

Is there a song that turns you on – which one and why?

Anything Barry White.

Some say that tattoos and piercing are Rock and Roll?  What do you think?

I agree 100%...I think they are very sexy!

Please list your tattoos and/or piercings.

2 tattoos. 1 one on my lower back and 1 on my lower stomach where only the lucky few are allowed to see.   Other than my ears, the only piercing I have is my belly button.

Is there a story behind any of your tats – if so, what is it?

Not really…I was just young and wanted a tattoo.  I really wish that there were more of an exciting story.

Single, engaged or married?

Married

Being careful with your above answer, what do you think guys do that is just wrong?  We would hate to get you into trouble.

Not appreciating what they have and not appreciating the woman they have beside them.

What do guys do that totally pisses you off?

When they disregard my feelings.  Sometimes, when a girl has had a hard day, all she wants is someone to listen.

Since it is obvious that guys check you out when you walk by - what do you do or say?

It depends on what they say.

If it is nice I say thank you but if they are being obnoxious I just ignore them.

What do you like best in a guy?  Money and average appearance or sense of humor and average appearance?

Well, I won’t lie, I like someone who is driven and successful but as I have gotten older I have realized that it is not all about that.  A sense of humor and someone who can make me laugh has become just as important.

What is the craziest or most ridiculous pick up line you have ever heard?

You must be from outer space because I can see the stars in your eyes. How Cheesy!

What do guys SAY they notice first about you and what do you think they REALLY notice first?

They SAY they notice my long hair but I think they REALLY notice my body.

Ever date a musician or celebrity, if so, who?

My ex-boyfriend who I lived with for 4 years is Vin Diesel.  I actually moved to LA with him. 

What is your outlook on life, your future?

My future?  I am actually going to start a Phd. program to get my doctorate in Psychology and hope to re-open my marriage and family therapy practice. 

What is more fun, to be a saint or to have a little devil in you and why?

OH MY GOD…absolutely to have a little devil in you!!  It makes life more interesting and who wants to be a saint?

What do you think is the craziest thing you have ever done?

Probably when I went to Hawaii and jumped into the ocean to try and swim with dolphins not thinking what else could be under the water or just getting on a plane to LA not knowing anyone out there and leaving all my friends and family behind.

Aside from modeling what are you most proud of?

I’m most proud of getting my masters degree in psychology.

In the past week, what have you done that was exciting?

I have been to a few body building shows and have really learned a lot about the sport as I prepare for my first competition.

Since life is so short, what do you want to do in life that you just haven’t had the opportunity to do?

Travel! I want to go to Europe especially, Italy.
