National Treasure National Treasure (Blu-ray)

From producer Jerry Bruckheimer comes National Treasure: Collector's Edition available for the first time on Blu-ray Hi-Def May 20, 2008. The Hi-Def content gets you closer to this thrilling adventure starring Academy Award Winner Nicolas Cage (Best Actor, Leaving Las Vegas, 1995) as Benjamin Franklin Gates. Gates finds himself obsessed with finding the Knights Templar Treasure, the greatest fortune known to man. With action-packed chases and close calls, Gates must elude his ruthless enemy (Sean Bean) with the help of his trusty side-kick, Riley (Justin Bartha). Along the way, Gates strikes up a friendship with Abigail Chase (Diane Kruger) who gets caught up in these cat and mouse games in the most exciting treasure hunt ever experienced.

Disney was one of the first studios to be committed to the Blu-ray format and they continue to offer the highest quality audio and video transfers to date. Disney's reputation makes National Treasure one of the most anticipated titles to be released on Blu-ray and with the new bonus features, fans expectations are sure to be met. I highly recommend adding National Treasure to your Blu-ray collection.

This is an extensive bonus set that is sure to please even the most discerning fans. This set covers the production quite well and offers plenty of historical significance to boot. I recommend you take the time to view it all as it will be well worth your time. Disney’s Total Menu system is really cool and makes disc navigation extremely easy.
